As I’ve journeyed through life—both personally and professionally—one recurring theme I’ve found invaluable is the power of positivity. Positivity isn’t just a mindset; it’s a lifestyle, a choice to see beyond the difficulties and believe that something better lies ahead. Recently, I have heard people say, "Ryan, things are not the same," often with a note of resignation or loss. But I believe we should reframe this notion. To overcome, we must cultivate a resilient spirit, and positivity is our foundation for resilience.
One of my favorite quotes about overcoming challenges comes from Maya Angelou, who said, “You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.” This quote has served as a guiding principle in my life. I say to myself, "Ryan Abramson, we can’t always control external circumstances, but we can control our responses and attitudes." With positivity, we have the choice to see challenges as opportunities, moments where we can evolve and rise to
